The PropertyVAULT search portal is designed to find a single asset using our two main search types - Asset Make and Asset ID.   

Make Search:  - Enter and select the asset Make using our predictive text lookup. You can also search or refine results by the asset Model, Keyword/s, Asset Status, and Location.

Asset ID Search:  - This feature allows you to search using any asset ID. With fuzzy logic search capabilities, results will show not only direct matches but also partial matches. This helps in identifying stolen and missing assets that might have been input incorrectly or recorded erroneously.

Tip: If the Asset ID search doesn't yield results, consider using the Make search.

If the asset is listed on PropertyVAULT - Let us know via the 'Can You Help' report panel attached to the individual stolen/missing report.

Absolutely, the chances of identifying and recovering the asset, as well as apprehending the offender, are significantly increased by reporting to both PropertyVAULT and the police.

Moreover, if the asset is successfully recovered, you may be eligible for a reimbursement of your excess payment (and potentially more) if you had paid one. Secondly, if you wish to retain the recovered asset, most insurance companies are usually willing to settle with the claimant.
